Delivery Options

All our items are shipped out using a tracked delivery service, so you will need to sign for your parcel when it arrives. If you have any special delivery requirements please contact us before placing your order. Thankyou

Delivery Times

For UK orders, please allow upto 5 days for delivery. £2.95 (+50p per each additional item)

For EU orders, please allow upto 14 days for delivery. £4.95 (+50p per each additional item)

For orders outise the EU, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Additional customs charges may apply. Customers ordering from Brazil and Mexico should allow up to 30 days for delivery. £4.95 (+50p per each additional item)

Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for packages which get held up by customs offices.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We do, although we do shipping prices are as above.

Do I have to pay customs/import taxes ?

Unfortunately if you do not live in a European Economic Community (EEC) country you will be responsible for any custom charges imposed in your country. We cannot predict what these might be so you may be better contacting your local customs office to find out more.

What's your returns policy?

You can refund or exchange any item that you are not happy with within 14 days.

Please note: the item you are returning should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

To refund or exchange your item(s) just follow the steps below:

  1. Fill out the returns and exchange form that came with your order. Please indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund and ensure you have included your order number.
  2. Mail the item(s) back to us.
  3. Please note: this is not a pre-paid label and you will have to pay the postage costs.
  4. Once we receive the package we will deal with your request for an exchange or refund and we will keep you up-dated via email on the progress of your request.

I have a problem with my order...

We would advise that you contact us. with the subject header 'I have received the wrong order' and provide us with your:

What currencies can I pay in?

We only accept British Pounds (GBP).

If you are ordering internationally, Paypal will convert the amount to your local currency upon checkout.

If you'd like to check the current exchange rates in your local currency please visit www.xe.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept Paypal and this will ensure we keep your payment details safe.

We do not accept payments via cheque or postal order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order with us so long as it has not been dispatched from our warehouse!

If you haven't received an email from us confirming when an order has been dispatched, it should be fine to cancel. However please contact us ASAP if you wish to do so. Please also include an order reference number in the message to make it easier for us to find your order.

Can I change my order?

You've sold out of X product are you going to get more in stock?

Unfortunately if it is from an old range it is now gone for good. We only order a limited amount of each design for each range, making our products more unique and one of a kind.

Do you have any gift certificates?

We don't currently have gift certificates on our website but we will have them available soon.

How do I get a job working at Original Bazturd?

If there are any jobs available they will be advertised on our social media before we post them anywhere else.

Can Original Bazturd sponsor me?

If you want to be sponsored by Original Bazturd please send a link to your website, Facebook, Youtube account and your schedule for the next year to [email protected]. We are always looking for new artists to work with.

Can I model for Original Bazturd?

We're not looking for models at the moment. If we need any models then we will give a shout out on our various social media.

Can I design for Original Bazturd?

A lot of our artwork is produced from our In House Design Team, however we may use freelance designers from time to time. If you think you have something you would like us to consider send an email to [email protected]. Please include a link to your portfolio and we will get in touch.

How can I keep up-to-date with contests, offers and all other Original Bazturd news?

How long has the brand been going?

Original Bazturd was founded in early 2014, so we're still just starting out. So thankyou to anyone who has visited or purchased anything from us.

How can I tell if an Original Bazturd item on eBay or elsewhere is fake?

Unfortunately this may happen and if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Please compare it to the items on our website. If you do suspect an item to be fake, please Contact Us, and please include any links or pictures of the item/s in question so we can take appropriate action.
